A Little About Me:
Alison Paul Klakowicz is an award-winning children’s book author, freelance writer, blogger and podcaster out of Fayetteville, North Carolina. She is a military spouse to a Philadelphia born and bred turned Green Beret who serves in the United States Army; and mother to a very wild, wiggly and silly little boy.
She is the creator and host of Hodge Podge Podcast and Blog where she shares stories of amazing individuals as well as her own thoughts and journey as an author and writer.
Alison earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from East Carolina University, Greenville, NC as well as a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA. She worked for well over a decade as a human services professional and Rehabilitation Counselor, and has also worked in customer service and as a journalist.
