Brittany Moore is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, iRest Meditation Teacher, 200 Hour Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher and Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She is the creator of the balanced b– a virtual platform to support individuals in their quest for wellness while balancing busy lives.
The virtual studio offers holistic health coaching- specializing in hormone balancing, stress reduction and self-discovery, as well as group and private yoga classes. In addition, the balanced b provides north node consultations, which utilizes psychological astrology to support individuals in understanding their purpose.
Brittany is also a military spouse who resides in Fayetteville, North Carolina along with her husband Sam.
